Creo 2.0 Student-Version doesn´t open

Hey guys,

I have a problem with my Creo 2.0 Student Version. Everytime I try to open the program, it takes around 15 Minutes until the creo-window opens.. I can see the process of Creo right after I clicked on the icon. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution?

I´m using Windows 7 with an i5 4570 and 8GB Ram, should be enough for Creo.

    Oliver,

    That is interesting, are your graphics drivers up to date? That may be part of the problem, but it's hard to tell without getting a direct look at it.

    I would also recommend submitting a support request here: http://support.ptc.com/appserver/wcms/forms/index.jsp?&im_dbkey=142574&icg_dbkey=482

    This will allow us to get in contact with you more directly to diagnose this problem.

    Yes, my graphics drivers are updated . I will contact the support. Thanks for your help.

    Ok, everytime the window opens this warning appears:

    Warning: Proper TCP/IP configuration was not detected

    The TCP/IP protocol is not installed or configured properly.
