Creo 3.0 hang

Hi,

During a delete segment operation on a technical sketch, Creo Parametric 3.0 M010 appears to hang and then (not responding) is appended to the title window, then after 15-20 seconds the segment is deleted and the application appears to go back to normal. I have hundreds of segments to delete from a grid on this sketch and several others in the future. I appear to not have any access to patches as I am using a Free Academic License?

CPU/Memory usage doesnt appear to change much more than 5-8% during the operation, which points me towards an application issue?

Any assistance would be appreciated? Screenshot attached.

    Answer - don't do that. You have thousands of inter-related geometry constraints. No wonder it takes a while to reevaluate them all.

    Make a small piece of whatever that is and pattern the result.
