Creo 3.0 is stuck on processing

I uninstalled creo 3.0 academic from my laptop then installed it on my desktop PC. When i put in the product code BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL and login in installation its processing but nothing happens even after 10+ minutes. I have received email with license file before but that was on my laptop installation so the MAC  address is different. Please help me.
