creo 3.0 license request failed for feature

I keep getting a license request failure for my 3.0 student edition, everything downlaoded and installed fine the other night but now when I sat down to do homework problems I'm getting this failure message. I need somebody to fix it by the end of the day so I can get to work on assignments.
