Creo 3.0 Student License Renewal

I have been trying to renew my student license of Creo, and have followed the guides I found, but there is no reconfigure.exe program listed. What can I do to fix this?

run the Setup.exe > select Reconfigure in the radio button list

I have done that multiple times and kept getting the same error. So I ran the de-installer program and am trying to install again. Whenever I enter the BK39020STUDENTUNICL licence code, I keep getting a red error message.

Hi,

there are several possible causes of the problem.

1.]

Installer is not able to detect network card.

Please open DOS propmt window, run following command and upload ip.txt file

ipconfig  /all  > ip.txt

2.]

BK39020STUDENTUNICL product code is obsolete

You can try to install Creo 5.0 to get current license file and then install Creo 3.0 using Creo 5.0 license file located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory

Hi,

you can:

  • uninstall Creo
  • remove files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory
  • install Creo

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, 

ich stehe gerade vor meiner Prüfung zum technischen Produktdesigner und mir ist jetzt die Studentenversion die Lizenz abgelaufen. Ich bräuchte die Lizenz noch bis zum Februar 2021. Kann ich mein Programm Creo 3.0 von Ihnen wieder freigeschaltet bekommen.
