Creo 3 M110 Educational Hangs

We've been going through the updates for our students to roll them all up onto M110, as needed, and have noticed that the new build hangs on launch.  The issue seems to be all the "click here to not show these windows if you've used Creo before" that you get when you wipe out your .wf folder, as is required for the new WC11 upgrade.

This hang has made some of our computers unusable for Creo.  We've tried installing/uninstalling/reinstalling/redownloading/repeat.  Issue is not isolated to one computer.

    Rob, can you add more details. What did you update from? Did it work prior to update? What thpe of graphics card?
