Creo 3 Product Key Input Field Inactive

Hi,

I'm trying to install Creo 3 Academic but I'm not able to enter the product code.

I tried to run as administrator and turning off the firewall but nothing helped.

As you can see in the screenshot the field for the Product key is disabled.

    Hi,

    I did not recognize any problem in ipconfig output.

    Try to create another Admin account and test installation under this clean new account.

    Before installation attempt always delete PTC sub-directory in C:\ProgramData directory.

    please attach your picture once again.

    Delete PTC sub-directory in C:\ProgramData directory and re-run installation.

    I tried to delete the directory, but it's still the same problem.

    Hi,

    how did you get installation media. Did you download zipped 4GB full DVD from PTC site ?
