CREO 3 wont install

I have the correct liscence code etc. correct version for my computer, but it always saids ptc intallation assistant has stopped working when I click next to move on from the lisencing tab, to go to the application selection tab

    Yup, I have the exact same problem. I've been struggling with it for weeks and sent a bunch of emails to PTC. Seems that since were using the student edition and not paying anything, we aren't really seen as much of a priority to their company. I can't even access most of the contact pages.
