Creo 4.0 crashes (toolkit launch) at start with windows 10 but not with windows 7

Dear All,

This message cause i'm facing a strange issue.

I worked with Creo 4 since some time without special issue on windows 7 but yesterday i installed it on a Windows 10 machine and since that i'm not able to start Creo 4 with my toolkits.

I'm facing systematicaly a fatal error when creo try to start my toolkit.

Do you see a reason to that??
