Creo 4.0 doesn't open

Hello,

At first sorry for my bad english I'm french.

I work with Creo at school and I have a student's license given by my school to work at home. I installed Creo 4.0 on my computer but since some days it doesn't open without any error message.

Is somebody have a solution I have a big work to give in 2 weeks and I really need help
