Creo 4.0 Error in License Identification

Hello,

     I am attempting to install Creo 4.0 Student Edition.  When I get to the License Identification section on the Installation Assistant, I am presented with an "Error!" message below the box where I type in my license number.   The license number I am inputting is BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL.  I have been sure to clear any previous licenses and have disabled firewall and such.  Any ideas?

Hello,

 

Please send an email with this issue and the Host ID of the computer that you are licensing to academicsupport@ptc.com

The Host ID is the Mac Address of the Ethernet and is shown in the installer, or you can use this tool to make sure you send the correct one:

http://apps.ptc.com/schools/Get_HostID.zip
