Creo 4.0 - Will Not Open

I have followed the installation procedure correctly and I used the key and username + password.

I have a high end PC running windows 10 home and once correctly downloaded without any errors I had double clicked each of the shortcuts, each of them not doing anything. I have done this with a soft reset and hard reset with nothing changing. Please reply soon as I desperately need this for coursework. I have Layout, Direct, Parametric and Simulate all installed.

I have researched the last problem that people were having at school and it was the same problem. People were suggesting it could be a VPN and I think we run our network at home through a VPN (CISCO I think).

Could anyone suggest how I could fix this.

try uninstalling VPN.
