Creo 5.0 academic version renew license

Hi!

I have an account and the creo 5.0 version license has been expired. Somebody can help me how to renew it?
We got these program from the University.

Hello,

 

If you got an instruction with a product code, you simply need to run setup.exe and choose reconfigure existing product, add the product code as you did first time and follow the process.

If you used something like ServerName@7788 instead of a license code, you will need to get in touch with the University, as it means the license was only borrowed to you.
