Creo 5.0 Student Edition Freezes in Installation

Creo 5.0 Student edition freezes during installtion at 2%...over and over again. I have read this is common, but have yet to find a solution. Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions found?

    Jerry,

    I think the only way how to resolve the problem is to download complete installation media (4 GB zip file).

    Try to contact PTC Academic via email - and ask them to provide the download link.
