【Creo 6.0 for Student】License activation cannot be completed

I want to use the student version of Creo 6.0.
I have entered the product code and successfully activated the license, but I cannot proceed.

I also created an academic account by following the PDF instructions.

Why can't activation be completed?

Hi,

please upload license file mentioned in installer window.

Also open Command Prompt window, run ipconfig /all > ip.txt command and upload ip.txt file.
