creo 6.0 student version opening problems

I have succesfully installed creo 6.0 student version. But when I try to open creo parametrics the following messages appear:

"Creo agent did not initalize correctly. Please conatct Technichal support if the issue persists"

"Creo Paramethric Student editon(for educational use only) is shutting down because it could not run the quality agent, which is required in this edition.If you call techical support about this problem report error 0x06000012"

Try searching community site for code 0x06000012.
