Creo 7.0 Academic Installation Assistant Doesn't Move Past 1%

When I attempt to install Creo 7.0 using the Academic Installer, the Installation Assistant never moves past where the screenshot shows. What might be causing this?

Update: I ended up restarting my computer and it's working now.
