Creo 7.0 License Help- Student Edition

Hello, I have a problem with inputing my License for Creo 7.0, i have everything downloaded but when i type in my licence and do my username and password it says processing but never does anything after that. even over night it has been stuck saying processing. what could I do? TIA!
