Creo 7.0 Student edition Licensing Failure

After I input the licence key it shows "success" and also says "invalid file or format". I have attached ip.txt.

Hi,

please upload license file(s) located in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory.

Here it is. (The file had extension .dat I have changed it to .txt)

Hello,

 

The file seems to be empty. Please delete it, run setup.exe in admin mode, select reconfigure existing software and use this product code: 

BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12

i also faced the invalid license format. so i tried the ip.txt that also not working
