Creo 9.0 Drag and Drop to Open Model Not Working

I used to be able to drag and drop a model from Windows File Explorer into Creo.  Now with Creo Parametric 9.0, it gives me a circle with a line through it and refuses to open the part model.  I can get models to open via the open command in Creo but that adds extra steps when correcting student work.

Another thread in the PTC Community helped me out.  I deleted the Config.pro and I am adding things into it one step at a time to see what might have caused this function to fail.  The drag and drop is actually working now!

Hi,

in my Creo 9.0.2.0 installation, drag and drop to open model works as expected. Unfortunately I have no idea what is the root of your problem.
