CREO 9.0 License "Not Suitable" error

Hi,

I am a uni student who uses Creo 9.0 student edition as part of my degree, we are required to follow the student edition download procedure. I did so and it was working for almost 6 months. I took a 1 month break from creo. I went to reopen, and it said license expired, I couldn't find how to renew it so I deleted creo and all ptc files in order to re-install from scratch. 
After installing it, I typed in the license number I was given and now it says status is "Not Suitable". I can't find any information on this issue.
