Creo 9.0 setup.exe fail

Hello everybody,

I just downloaded the zip file for the Creo 9.0 student version to my Windows 10 system.

After unzipping, the "setup.exe" does not launch. Even when running as administrator, the load icon appears and then nothing happens....

Does anyone know how to get Creo installed?
