Creo agent did not initialize correctly

Hello,

I have an issue starting Creo Parametrics, version 7.0. Every time I try to open the programme, it appears this message: " Creo agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists". Can anyone help me how to solve this problem?

    Try the following:

     

    • Uninstall PTC Quality Agent from "Control Panel" --> "Programs and Features",
    • Re-install the PTC Quality Agent using "qualityagent_64.msi" file from install --> addon folder from the downloaded cd image.
