Creo doesn't start

Hello,

First sorry for my english, i'm french.

I'm student and I have school edition of Creo 2.0

I have tried to install creo 2.0 on Windows XP, Windows 7 & Windows 8. Now i'am on Windows XP Pro.

I had problem with Creo 2.0, when i want start creo parametric just after install creo, Creo does not start.

I have tried to change mode 256 colours and to activate OPEN GL. Also I have tried to uninstall Quality Agent & reinstall this, but all things we haven't find the solution of my problem.

Do you any idea to help me ?

    would you try to install on another machine with windows xp pro?

    No, because i'm in training and i have just one computer for me.

    Is the machine and graphics card on the approved list for Creo 2.0?

    If you use integrated Intel (R) graphics, please refer to https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS156839 for a possible workaround.

    Qimin Zhou, I can't go on your link because i haven't the "right" to reach at this part, because i have student account.
