Creo download links appear to be broken

Hi,

I'm trying to install CREO for several students on my FIRST team and the Windows links from this page:

     https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp

return a 404 - Page Not Found message.  I've tried Chrome and Edge.  Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Anne

    Hi,

I can confirm that I am able to reproduce the problem.

    Current Date&Time 09-December-2016 08:55 CET (Europe, Prague)

    I clicked two following links

Resulting page ... (in both cases)

Toby Metcalf please report this problem to responsible PTC department. It seems to me that PTC is changing the web site to reflect Creo 4.0 arrival and because of this process download links are not working

There is a way to deal with the problem; move your mouse on the "Download Manager‌" (the one you need) and then click the right bottom of your mouse to copy the link address, then open a new tap and paste the link that you have just copied, then delete all the letters after ".zip", then click "enter" on your key board, then here we go~~~

    Hi All,

There was a sever issue that was resolved this morning with a patch.

The download link should now be working as intended. Please let us know if anyone is still having problems.
