Creo DVD image link broken/not found

Hi, I tried signing up for the free download and got to the "PTC Creo 3.0 – University Student Standard – Quick Installation Guide" pdf but all the download links are broken and give me 404 error not found, any tips?

    I started downloading of MED-100WIN-CD-400_M070_Win64.zip from https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp page successfully.
