Question

Creo Elements/Pro Student stopped at 2% during installation.

So when finishing the download/install process for the program the download shows to be 100% done BUT the copy files bar is stuck at 2% and doesn't change at all. When I tryed again I got the same results. Can anyone help me solve this probelm. I really need help on this one.

    Hi Carlos,

    You are trying to install using the install from the web utility. This will pull files down during installation. If there was a network glitch, it might be freezing at that point.

    What I recommend is to download the full media from the link below.

    Creo Elements/Pro Student Edition

    Once you have it downloaded, extract the zip file and start setup.exe to perform a fresh install from the local machine.

    I purchased the student edition by journeyEd 5.0, I have problem downloding it freeze at 2%.

    You can use "Free Download Manager" to download the package.
