Creo Elements PTC 5.0 Schools Edition problem with installation

Hello! I have a problem with intalation Creo Elements pro 5.0 Schools Edition. I have an Internet connection, but when I click "generate licence file" it says "this mode requires internet connection to connect ptc.com". Please help

    There is not problem, the program is simply telling you that it requires an Internet connection to create your license. As you can see in the "License File Path" area, your license has already been generated. All you need to do now is click Next.
