Creo licence does not work after notebook breakdown

My educational licence key doesn't work anymore after my PC was broken and data lost.

I think it's somehow related to the Host-ID that this licence key was activated with that HOST-ID before.

How can I overwrite/reset that?

Please help.

Hi,

1.] before you start installation you have to remove all files from hidden C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory

2.] code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI is correct for Creo 7.0

3.] suggestion - before you start installation, login to PTC Support and change your password

4.] when you place mouse cursor on red Fehler notification then I hope more detailed explanation appears

Suggestion - after successful installation make backup copy of license file located in hidden C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory.
