Creo license

I am a retired engineer who is try to access the student version of Creo. So far I have managed to download and install Creo,but unable open because I have not installed the license. I cannot install the license because it is blocked by a message advising me I applied for basic support which the license does not support. How can I rectify this and install the correct license?

I hope you know that as a retired engineer you are not legally allowed to use the student version.

i think my account is basic . all i want to do is use PTC Creo as a hoppy using a free vertion which i know other CAD systems offer
