Creo Parametric 11 Gives Error Message, closes window

I have creo education license and sometimes when I open it, it gives the following error:

It then closes the window. When I open the install_license_server application again and redownload the license, Creo goes back to normal. But this repeatedly happens and I have to keep redownloading the license for it to work. How do I fix this?
