Creo Parametric 2.0 launching problem

Hi, I tried to launch Creo Parametric 2.0 student version after i downloaded, but i encountered a fatal error.

The system says: "Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to C:\Users\Public\Decouments\traceback.log Please send it to Technical Support."
Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

    Hi Jin Kang Tan,

    Can you please send an email to - and include the traceback.log file as an attachment? We'll be able to figure out what went wrong once we have that.
