CREO Parametric 3.0 needs to run quality control agent?

I'm trying to use this program as a student, but every time I try to get it to run, it will give me the attached error message. Can someone tell me how to activate this quality agent, or at least how to get around it?Capture.PNG

    Hi,

    Quality Agent is installed automatically during Creo installation process. Did you install Creo as Administrator ?
