Creo Parametric 4.0 Student license request failed

Hello,

I am trying to open Creo Parametric 4.0 for students and even though I followed the directions in the PDF provided by PTC on how to install it, it does not work. I copy and pasted the correct license for students and it still gives me the same error message. Please help. Homework is due on Saturday and I can't do anything without it.

Note: I hope that you entered product code during installation and received license file via email.

K-12 students can use Product code BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12
University students can use Product code BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL

Nice! The code worked because the code for university levels wasn't given. They gave us only the K-12 code.
