Creo Parametric 9.0 Student Edition Licence error

When I tried to install Creo 9.0 Student Edition in my Windows 10 Machine, I got Licence error.

There is no space in product code but still it shows error.

Hi,

Please contact academicsupport@ptc.com. You need to send them the Host ID (Mac address of the ethernet) and also the product code used. I hope they will send you valid license file.
