Question

Creo Parametric and other programs that I have installed are not running after trying to start them up. What is the problem?

I installed the different programs and they won't run.

    I have the same Problem !

    My System:
    Windows 7 64 bit
    AMD Phenom II X4 955 3,2 GHz
    AMD Radeon 5770

    4GB RAM

    I Double Click the icon and nothing happens.         

    On the other Hand i installed it on my Laptop and it works (so my Installing Process must be right).
    Laptop System:
    Windows 7 64 bit

    Intel Core i3 M370 2.4 GHz
    Intel HD graphics
    4GB RAM


    But since my PC is faster, i would like it to run there.
    Does someone know how to fix this?

    I am having the same problem, I read an article about it here Solved: creo parametric 2.0 won't load - PTC Community about it possibly  being something to do with graphics card compatibility, but when they mention about disabling graphics card and altering with config.pro files, I tried to do what was said as close to what I could understand from the instructions but it did not work for me.

     

    Computer system:

     

    Macbook pro 15 retina with Windows 7 64 bit parallels partition

    Intel Core i7 2.8Ghz

    AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2048 MB Graphics

    16GB RAM
