Creo Parametric not working on win 10

Hello

I just updated my windows to windows 10. I had a working student license for Creo Parametric 3.0 but now after the upgrade, Parametric does not work.

I have followed the reconfiguration of this file, but it does not help.

    Forgot to write that after enter the product code, clicking Install Licensing, login in. I get following error: "Error in License Processing. Please contact PTC License Management."
