Creo Parametric only works on the Wifi it was installed on

Hello all,

I am running into an issue with the student version of Creo, where it only works on the Wifi I installed it on. If I install it at my house it works fine, but when I get to campus (or vice versa) I get the following error before the program closes.

Is there any way to fix this?
