Creo Parametric Student Edition Installation Error

I downloaded and installed Creo and received my license file. When I launch Creo I get a message that says in order to run Creo in Tryout mode you have to enable the Quality Agent. I also had received a message about incorrect configuration for TCP IP. Creo Parametric closes and doesn't move on. I have tried to reconfigure my license and it shows that the license is valid.

      This sounds like two different problems happening simultaniously. Can you please download and run the following file...

      http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/creo2_qualityagent_fix.exe

      This should fix the first issue at least, possibly both. Please let me know if there is another problem!

      It wasn't working I've tried to download and unzip it but it doesn't working at all

      What archive zip file are you talking about?
