Creo setup doesn't work

I have an academic license and I am trying to install Creo 5.0. I run it and nothing happens. I tried many things (run as administrator, run in safe mode, run with other compatibility ...). I tried to format my computer, download the setup again, but nothing works.

For example:

Step 1 ... I did this

Hi Martin,

 

So, recentlly i format my notebook and the setup.exe of creo just stopped working. Before the formatting the instalation and the program was working fine. I tried format other computer and put the same version of the notebook (windows 10 enterprise LTSB) and the same problem appeared. Nowadays, i returned my notebook to the original windowns version (windows 10 home), downloaded all the possibles drivers and updates, but the problem is the same. I follow all the steps from the website, but when i click on "setup" some loading appear for a few seconds then nothing happens.
