Creo Student License Installation Error

Hello,

While renewing my Creo student license, I was getting errors when installing the license code. I tried deleting all of my creo files and reinstalling from scratch but the error is persisting. I have included a screenshot of this below. Has anyone seen this before or know how I can go about solving it? Thanks!
