Creo University Edition – Access Denied / Insufficient Privileges

Hello,
I am a university student and I am trying to install Creo University Edition.
When I try to generate the node-locked license, I receive:
“Access Denied – Insufficient Privileges”.

My account does not have the following privileges:

• License Management Reporting
• License Management Licensing

Could you please verify my academic account and enable the required licensing privileges or provide instructions for obtaining the University Edition license?
