Creo won't start anymore on team's laptops

Several students on my robotics team are having the same problem I am, where Creo will no longer start up on our computers.  When we click the icon the round blue swirl goes for a few seconds and then nothing.  One student has a batch file that tries to start the program many many times, and he is able to get that to work, though he usually has to close about 5 windows which have all opened.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, most recently on 2/18.  I am running Creo 3.0 M110, on a windows 10 home v 1607, 64 bit laptop with a student license.  Any suggestions would be appreciated!
