Curved tube becomes impurities

Greetings,

 

i have a problem with PTC Creo 2.0 (studentversion) and need help, pls. I am creating a curved tube along a rail. As it seems the radius of the tube is bigger than the radius of the curved rail and it becomes some impurities. I uploaded some screenshots whereupon the impurities are marked. I tried to fix it with many possibilties but it doesn't work. The curve has been created with 25 points...

 

I hope that someone can help me and thank you in advance.

Hi,

 

it looks like you are creating the sweep feature with circular section.

 

Decrease radius value assigned to circle until you get correct geometry. Probably too big radius value leads to the creation of self intersecting geometry (this means wrong geometry).

thanks for the help.

 

I already tried your solution and it works but i need the geometry and the radius which i created. I cant change it and need another solution...

I have a compromise solution (see followed screenshots). As you can see the impuirites are disappeared but it changes the geometry significant..

A solution which changes my geometry insignificant would be work too.
