Download Files Expired

On April 11, I purchased Creo 10 University Student Edition Premium License and installed it successfully on my device. A few days ago, I restored my computer, and I lost the installation of PTC Creo 10.
Now, I need to install it again to carry out the university projects, but from the email I received where the link to download the installation files was attached, it does not let me access this link.

I would appreciate it if you could send me the link to download the software again.
