Error during installing student education version of Creo 12 to my own PC

I am trying to install the student education version of Creo 12 to my own PC. I followed all the steps and uninstall the old versions. The problem is the .dat license file is not created in the folder C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing. It always gives me an error
