Error in License Processing with Creo 3

I have installed Creo 3 on 25 PCs in our School.

On the last PC when I entered the license key via the Simple License Entry it came up with an error after entering my account details.

These are the same details I have used for the previous 25 PCs but now it shows a red error sign.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Robert,

    If you hover your cursor over the "Error", what does it say?

    Hello,

    It says Error in processing license please contact a PTC licensing administrator.

    Hi,

    it looks like your school bought 25 licenses of Creo. Therefore you cannot install Creo on 26-th computer.

    The above idea is just my guess .
