error in the license identification step of instalation

I am attempting to download the schools edition of creo 8.0. I downloaded the creo 8.0 zip file from the ptc academic program-free download page. i then unzipped the file and ran the installer as an admin. I went through the introduction and software agreement section and am now on the licenses tab. I have entered the provided student license entry product code of BE800908EDSTUDENTEDK12 under the node locked license generation section and signed into my account, but it just says processing then swaps to error. What am I doing wrong?
