error report

hi,i'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in aeronautics ,i started using creo since last semester as my professor said its a  a very good software,recently i upgraded from  creo 2.0 to 3.0

but whenever i tried to open creo parametric but it displays a error code 0x0000000b can someone please figure it out ..
