Error with licence

I have problem  with  licence.  THE program don´t do lincene and it show me   contact  PTC  LIcence Managment. Please help me   with  this problem.  ThanksERROR.png

    Hi,

    in Source field I can see path to license file C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BC400404EDCREO3TRIALCD_license.dat. Does this mean that you tested Creo TRIAL version and now you want to use University Student license ?

    If you do no want to use TRIAL license anymore, then:

    • move BC400404EDCREO3TRIALCD_license.dat file somewhere else for backup purposes (for example into C:\temp)
    • go to C:\ProgramData directory and delete PTC directory
    • start installation once again
    • if C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing\BC400404EDCREO3TRIALCD_license.dat again appears in installation window, then click "minus" button to remove it ... then enter Product Code
